茶葉1.5gに対し90℃程度の熱湯
150mlを注ぎお好みで1〜1.5分間抽出し、
器にお茶を注ぎ切る。
お好みで2煎目もお楽しみいただけます。
その際は1煎目よりもお湯を少なめに、
蒸らし時間を少し長めにしてください。

Steeping Instructions: Using a teapot or kyusu,
pour 150ml of boiling water (approximately 90°C) for 1.5g of tea leaves. Let steep for 1-1.5 minutes, depending on your preference,
then pour the tea into a cup.
You can also make a second brew if you like.
In that case, use less water than for the first brew and allow the steeping time to increase slightly.
⚠️Please use soft water when brewing this tea.
Tea sold in Japan is made to be brewed with soft water.
